Rock is an attorney with a diverse background. Previously, he was an independent attorney providing immigration representation and services for international business and individual clients. Provided legal representation on international contracts and arbitration cases notably in front of the Singapore International Singapore Arbitration Centre. Rock has also served as General Manager to S&L Medical Group, a multi-clinic medical corporation serving the Social Security Administration, managing a company with 18 different clinics in Southern California. He has also been legal counsel to the Paragon Toner Inc and handled all legal matters for this company with specific focus with company’s listing on the NASDAQ National Market and thereafter SEC compliance issues including quarter and annual SEC reporting. Rock received his BA in Social from the University of California at Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (Washington DC). He is a member of the New York Bar.
Karim Nashed, Esq. was born in Egypt. His family then moved to the United States to provide a better life for him and his siblings. Karim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. Afterwards, he attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. Karim obtained his license to practice law from the Florida and District of Columbia Bar to become a fourth generation attorney in his family’s lineage. Karim is a dedicated, passionate, and hard working attorney who loves to help people.
